Dick and Sherri Varano own three highly successful restaurants, featuring three completely different concepts. Dick Varano is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, he has over thirty-two years experience in the restaurant industry. Dick is passionate about food and wine, and he was recently awarded the Entrepreneur of the Year Award in Southern Maine. He has spent the last three years traveling around the country sharing his success with other Independent restaurateurs. His passion is to share his successes with other restaurateurs and help them achieve the lifestyle they dreamed of when they first bought their restaurant.
Roger Sibley is a partner and the general manager of Varano's Italian Restaurant. He is a graduate of Bryant University, and has over twenty years experience in the hospitality and management fields. He strives to consistently provide delicious food, professional and courteous service, and a welcoming warm atmosphere for everyone at Varano's Italian Restaurant.

Chef Stephen Ogden is the executive chef at Varano's Italian Restaurant in Wells Beach. Chef Steve is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and has over twenty years of restaurant experience working in California, Vermont, Pennsylvania, and New York City. His passion is classic European cuisine. Having worked most recently in Phildelphia, Chef Steve received numerous local awards and was featured in magazine and newspaper articles, as well as on local television. He is dedicated to the culinary field and has worked with students in local culinary programs. Originally from Southern California, Chef Steve resides in Wells with his wife and two children.
