Varano's Bruschetta
Local vine-ripe tomatoes tossed in extra virgin olive oil with fresh basil, seasoned with sea salt & cracked pepper, finished with balsamic reduction and fresh grated parmigiano reggiano served on grilled ciabatta bread with garlic.
Mozzarella Fritti
Hand cut, breaded and Fried to order. Served with Marinara sauce.
Calamari Fritti
Lightly floured Calamari deep-fried with Lemon and served with Marinara sauce.
