Le Venziane penne Mais al pesto Genovese
Gluten free corn penne tossed with fresh pesto, fingerling potatoes & asparagus. Topped with grated parmigiano-reggiano.
Ragu alla Laganne di candele al forno
Slow cooked lamb ragu with fresh peas over long ziti pasta layerred with fresh ricotta cheese, sliced vine ripe tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. Baked in individual cast iron dutch oven.
